  • Scope and Purpose
    The Sales Manager is responsible for the delivery of professional customer care services abd achievement of predefined sales targets in the designated area.. Strive towards performance improvement in order to make a positive contribution to the successful performance of Aril Air
    The Role
    - Lead, manage and inspire a committed as well as motivated sales team in very competitive market
    - Generate maximum profitable revenues and passenger volume for Arik AIR through directing and focusing the sales team to an agreed plan and activity.
    - Establish the presence of the Airline as a major quality brand in Nigeria
    Competencies
    The preferred Candidate should demonstrate high standard of professionalism and dynamism as well as be ready to work under pressure. He should have a strong hands on mentality and be a team player
    Qualification / Experience
    A Degree in Sale or Business Studies with 8yrs sales experience, 4 of which should be at a senior level. Good understanding of CRS and GDS is required.
