Due to market demand, we are looking to add 2 additional headhunters to our successful London office. Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 6 months plus recruitment experience working in either the London and European markets.
We are a dynamic headhunting consultancy with international offices, focusing on Corporate Finance within Corporates, Professional Services and Financial Services. The 2 positions are for our Corporates and Professional Services teams which are thriving!
The ideal candidates will have worked for a larger recruitment firm and will be bored of all the bureaucracy, KPI's and the low commission structures that come with working for these firms.
We pay above market salaries plus commission which ultimately means you will take home 1/3 of what you generate.
Depending upon the level of experience, your billings will vary. The below forecast is based on a recruiter with 6 months previous recruitment experience:
•In your 1st year you should generate £150,000 which would mean you would take home £50,000 inclusive of basic salary
•In your 2nd year, you should generate a minimum of £250,000 which would mean you will take home £83,000
•Again - your 3rd year you should look to take home £100,000 plus and be well on your way to becoming a Manager
Qualification, Skills and Experience
•Graduate with 6 months recruitment experience
•Knowledge of Finance is a plus
•Excellent communication skills
•High emotional intelligence
