This Senior Sales Level Opportunity Is Designed For The Candidate That
• Develops mid to long term (3-12 month) sales pipeline to generate Huawei’s sales in the Education/ISP/SMB sectors.
• Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and work with partners to achieve sales quota in the focused sector and region.
• Establish good relationship with channel partners and facilitate possible sales to customers.
• Know how to create value for customers. Establish a direct professional and consultative relationship with clients, including the C-level management and business leaders.
• Know how to build trust from customers and partners by using overall cross-portfolio knowledge and through professional work.
• Know how to make sales and overcome business hurdles to build sales ecosystem and achieve goal.
Education And Experience Required
• University or Bachelor's degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred.
• Account sales and channel sales experience.
• C-Level experience preferred (CIO/CTO).
• Having whole picture of sales cycle.
• Able to make doable selling strategy and accomplish as planning.
• Typically 5+ years of related sales experience.
Knowledge And Skills Required
• Having knowledge of selling Networking(switch/router/SDN network) and IT (server and storage) products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings to be able to sell simple and complex solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Education or ISP/SMB market, organizational structure, and business decision processes.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving internal team to close deals
• Strategic planning on a business development to achieve sales, including choose partners and increase pipeline.
• Excellent multi-tasks and project manage skill.
• Able to initiate and engage with partner successfully. Work effectively with partners to drive revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solution..
