Inside Sales Representative – Account Executive (Entry Level / Business Development)
Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating existing and new customer sales, and for increasing account penetration and market share. Your customer interactions will include program presentation, customer follow-up, and end user sales support.
Your specific duties in this role will include:

Contacting potential customers through various means of communication to present company benefits, and to seek customer commitment to purchase

Qualifying each customer and/or prospect to determine sales potential and to develop a strategy for pricing, product line, recycling, and other areas

Engaging in active listening in order to acquire a full understanding of each customer’s needs

Handling customer issues on behalf of the company and resolving any grievances, i.e. product defect solutions

Analyzing customer purchases and historical trends to define future sales prospects
