Sales Administration Coordinator
(12-month contract)
Purpose:
To provide Administrative Support to members of the Sales Team with a primary focus on the Cyberbahn Business.
This position is responsible for:
- activations/follow-up on new clients for Cyberbahn products- including customer discussions and problem solving with other areas of the business;
- coordinating the distribution of Welcome Packages for new clients;
- coordinating Customer Lunch and Learn sessions for Cyberbahn;
- consolidation of Monthly Reports;
- compiling data for reports on sales activities for sales team members;
- building strong relationships with customers and ensuring that details of customer interaction are captured in our Customer Relationship Management system;
- CEBO Sales Support System Maintenance (internal) OR Maintenance of Sales Support System (external);
- assisting in New Hire set-up;
- providing administrative support to the Sales Management Team;
- coordinating distribution of sales collateral;
- administrative support duties as required; and
- supporting other Sales Operations workload for the broader sales organization.
Qualifications
You will be a strong team player and will possess:
- a post secondary education;
- three years business experience;
- strong planning, organization, project and time management skills;
- comfort in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment;
- the ability to think “outside of the box”;
- exemplary interpersonal skills;
- comfortable speaking to and adding value to customer interactions; and
- Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel and Access.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com would be considered an asset.
