*.Positive Child GuidanceUse only positive child guidance techniques to instruct children.
*.LicensingFamiliarize yourself with and work within licensing regulations related to childcare in your location.
Create an Unrivaled Education Experience
*.TeachingHelp implement KU’s curriculum in a way that is consistent to meet each child’s unique needs.
*.AssessmentsShare classroom observations with Teachers and Lead Teachers to help complete assessments.
Support Your Center’s Success

*.AccreditationBe aware of accreditation standards and actively demonstrate the “Observable Criteria” needed to gain or maintain accreditation.

*.Classroom AssignmentYou may need to “float” between classrooms to cover lunches, breaks, or ratio changes, or your classroom assignment may change.
