Support members of the Finance Administration Team in Somerset in team administrative matters.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
*.Taking telephone calls and messages, dealing with these in an efficient, polite and professional manner.
*.Collect and distribute post
*.Archiving, Filing & photocopying as required
*.Processing of costs relating to Somerset, BANES & Oxfordshire contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
*.STATS – Create and submit plant enquiry requests
*.Collation of invoices and preparation of batches to be sent to Doncaster and Maple Cross.
*.Holiday cover for other finance adminstrators.
Skills/Knowledge /Experience & Qualifications
*.Excellent organisational skills.
*.Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
*.Accuracy and attention to details essential
*.Must be able to work under pressure, organised and ability to adhere to and prioritise deadlines
*.Customer focused; dedicated to meeting customer expectations and is able to establish and maintain effective relationships gaining trust.
*.Possess integrity when dealing with items of a confidential / sensitive nature
*.Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
*.Team player, encourages collaboration
*.Positive ‘Can do’ attitude
*.Numerate with basic knowledge of Finance...
