Description
Development and preparation of multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of VLSI semiconductor devices. Key responsibilities will be to floor plan, create analog cell, Custom building block, AFE (Analog Front End) for mixed signal IP development. Implement established physical design methodologies, driving local deliverables within a cross site project and maintaining project schedule. Participate in developing layout Tool, Methodology, Flow efficiencies. Work closely with circuit design and physical design engineers in troubleshoot difficult design rule, High Voltage, latch Up analysis, reliability verification, design for manufacturing & yield improvement.
Qualifications
BSc/BE/MSc Electrical Engineering, Computer engineering or equivalent with good knowledge VLSI Design and semiconductor device physic background. Experience in high-speed custom layout in 14/10nm process node, multiple years of technical experience in hands-on Analog Custom Layout, proficient in floor planning, extraction, layout optimization and verification. Understanding of ESD (Electro Static Discharge), lithography, EM (Electro Migration) and DFM (Design For Manufacturing). Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to contribute and work in a multi-site, international team structure.
