Job Details:
The sales administration and support exist in KONE branch/region or central office. The purpose of this role is to perform back-office tasks, which help the sales person to spend more time with customer. This role supports sales in making tenders and orders, creating the order / contract / equipment in SAP and maintaining the customer data in CRM and SAP. The sales administration and support can also perform other tasks under supervision of the sales person and sales manager
Main tasks:

Supports sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment – SAP, Tendering tool and CRM) and customer inquiries
*.
Maintains customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM as instructed by sales person or key account manager
*.
Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person
*.
Follows up the customer’s approval of designs and lay-out drawings
*.
Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager / product manager
*.
Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments (in some FL’s)
*.
Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers etc.
*.
Assists in general office tasks
Customer relationship management
Supports in organizing customer visits, tasks and events
Skills, Education and Experience
Relevant Business Management education.
