Position Description
Mission:
To work as part of the team managing and executing sales activities relating to the Municipal / Industrial Water & Waste Treatment market in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the objective of meeting and/or exceeding the business objectives of Pall with key customers.
Main Tasks:
*.To maintain, develop relationships, business opportunities at customer accounts and to secure new orders within these accounts.
*.Preparing and agreeing Sales Action Plans with financial targets
*.Monitoring and reporting of sales against the agreed sales targets and Sales Action Plans.
*.Technical and commercial evaluation and acceptance / rejection of enquiries received either directly from the customer or via the office.
*.Management of specific projects and enquiries from conception, through the quotation stage and on to order closure.
*.Commercial evaluation of enquiries, in line with guidelines lay down by Pall’s management reparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
*.Undertake post submission clarification and negotiations.
*.Working with applicable Engineering Groups with a view to developing and securing new business by proposing cost effective solutions.
*.Work with fellow members of Pall Process Systems global team.
*.Market intelligence.
*.Responsible for regular visit reports, action plan and regular review of targets.
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
*.Background knowledge of the Water treatment market and technical and commercial experience of atleast 8 – 10 years
*.Knowledge of the major processes within water treatment business sector, including filtration, membrane filtration, cartridge filtration, reverse osmosis, waste water treatment with membrane bio-reactors, etc.
*.Computer skills related to day-to-day activities
*.Commercial knowledge and experience relating to contract negotiation, Letter of credits, etc
*.Market knowledge of our customers and competitors.
*.Experience of process design, engineering and product design
*.Commercial awareness experience
*.Ideally with a background in chemical or mechanical engineering.
*.Driving license.
*.Ability to work alone and use own initiative.
*.Must be prepared to travel as required by the job in the Middle East region mainly, and from time to time elsewhere outside of middle east as job requires
*.Office based but capable of working remotely away from the office, without negatively effecting work performance.
*.Arabic language a must, with good written and spoken English...
