Job Details:
Assists managers in achieving organization purposes and objectives by solving management and business problems, identifying and seizing new opportunities, enhancing thought leadership and implementing change.
Position Summary/Mission
Facilitates the development of regional and business unit strategic plans. Responsible for providing analysis, guidance and direction within areas of expertise; and developing relationships with external consultants and cross-functional team members as required in support of initiatives. Address problems of a short to mid-term nature independently and address longer-term issues with limited supervision. Oversee assigned regional initiatives and also concurrently serve as team member on cross-functional initiatives based on direction from Regional GM.

Lead formulation, preparation and communication of strategic/operational business, assist the Managing Director in developing strategic initiatives
Leads research associated with business issues and plan formulation
Monitor and report on performance relative to plans
Stimulate strategic thinking in support of business direction
Develop communication vehicles (e.g., presentations, speeches)
Ensure consistent, efficient and cost effective processes, procedures and appropriate accountability
Manage special projects that impact entire organization
Assist in preparing plans and presentation to the SLT members on PHS strategic goals and objectives

Background/Experience Desired
6+ years leadership experience and technical/functional expertise in several of the following areas: management consulting, financial analysis, project management, mergers and acquisitions, operations management and/or marketing.
Experience with mid-sized cross-functional initiatives, with a moderate to high degree of complexity.
Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives.
Demonstrated relationship management skills at peer levels within an organization and external constituents.
Education and Certification Requirements
College degree.
Master's degree preferred.
Appropriate licensure or certification by discipline preferred.
