Description
Main Purpose of the Job
Create, own and execute Trade Category Toolkit as well as Prono Strat & 6Ps,Promo Strategies and tacticsandCategory Management – Assortment, pricing, Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Category planning:
*.
Develop quarterly and monthly category plans for assortment, shelf-layout, promotional strategy and price positions, focusing on the target shopper – one pagers
*.
Assortment – analyse Data and create assortment plan by channel
*.
Promotion – Analyse Opso data and create activity plan by channel
*.
Place(Plannos) – Create POP vision by channel
*.
Proposition – co create with BB by category
*.
Support the annual Joint Business Planning process through data analysis and opportunity identification for each account
*.
Support new product introduction for listing into mix;(bottom up forecasting, distribution build and targets)
*.
Develop National category activity plans for the year
Shopper insights:
*.
Use and leverage accountspecific category and shopper insights
*.
Data analytics – Nielsen, TNS
Performance Evaluation
*.
Measure and review category performance;
Key Skills and Qualifications
*.
University Degree
*.
Minimum two to three years relevant Analyst experience
*.
1 year customer facing, account management experience is an advantage
*.
Two years brand building experience is an advantage
*.
Brand Marketing & Customer/Channel orientation, Creativity, Strategic Thinking..
