Job Details:
Trade Middle Office Specialist.
Principal responsibilities
*.Handling of banker's guarantees, extension and amendment applications.
*.Negotiation and managing guarantees requests with internal and external business units, legal, compliance department when in needs.
*.Data inputting on numeric and lengthy documents.
*.Examine and checking of all documents submitted by customers for processing of banker's guarantees.
*.Verify signatures for all documents received from customers.
*.Ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
*.Administrative duties such as scanning, filing, releasing of documents and reporting of returns.
*.Job rotation may be required.
Qualifications
Requirements
*.At least a recognized diploma holder with relevant working experience.
*.Awareness of the trade facilities and customer trade cycles.
*.Good knowledge of the systems and applications used in Trade processing.
*.Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development.
*.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
