Mission and Main Objectives
- Improvement of Manufacturing QCT: Average C&T achievement ratio of MFG division
- Assisting MD & PM: Executive's Judgment
- Enhance in-coming dispatches report, to guarantee their arrival and staying arrangements: Weekly Report.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
· Assist and support PD for secretarial tasks.
· Maintaining Calendar.
· Arranging appointments.
· Typing and word processing.
· Filing system.
· Organizing meetings (agenda and taking minutes).
· Handling correspondence.
· Translating into English and Japanese and post it to the manager.
· Support manufacturing team when needed.
· Coordinate travel management for expats for reservation and flight booking.
