Job Details:
An Airport Representative is working on rotating shifts, is in charge to meet and greet guests at the airport and project a positive first impression of the hotel to arriving guestsin accordance with the established standards.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. They must be able to interact confidently with guests in a naturally friendly and engaging manner, to work fast as well as to deal with complaints patiently in order to turn them into positive experiences. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to speak and write in English and to operate common computer applications for the job. Diploma in Hotel Administration is preferred.
