Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible Person for logging risk issues
2. Perform G/B/LKCSAs .
3. To ensure that the BCP/BIA documents are developed for the L&C function in consultation with the Functional Head.
4. To test the BCP Plan and perform the call tree test at least once every half year.
5. Assist to handle enquiries, surveys and examinations as requested or conducted by the regulators from time to time
6. Assist the Country Head of Compliance in ensuring that the Bank and its subsidiaries operate in accordance with the relevant local requirements and Group regulatory compliance standards.
7. Assist to manage the relationships with relevant government and regulatory stakeholders,
8. Assist with Compliance Monitoring and any other Reviews conducted by the department.
9. Proactively drive the development and maintenance of good relationships with internal and external stakeholders at appropriate levels ensuring an open and cooperative environment
10. Undertake any other assignments that te Compliance Officer shall be required to perform.
