Job Details:
Key Accountabilities
1.Day to day Management of local partners (Government Agencies, Local community, and other external key opinion formers) for Unilever Tea Kenya Ltd that maximizes our commercial and reputational opportunities.
2.Day to day management of Corporate and Administration department including hospitality (International Training Centre and Management Staff Centre).
3.Help to manage partner program that positions Unilever as a prominent player in helping to achieve the sustainable living plan in areas where our business growth can have a positive social impact – sanitation, drinking water, hygiene, wellbeing and self esteem
4.Help to manage relationships with complimentary key external stakeholders including local NGOs, Governments, banks and social entrepreneurs to help extend the remit and positive impact of our partnerships.
5.Work to deepen Unilever’s knowledge of how the external political and social environment impacts in our partnership program areas and how to leverage these relationships to maximum effect
6.Maximize our financial and in time contributions, including budget management of corporate, Administration and hospitality (International Training Centre and Management Staff Club).
7.To manage the strategy and administration of operations in Corporate Department team.
8.Measure the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement programs in building reputation of the Unilever brand.
9.Manage day to day budget of Corporate and Administration department
Key Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, Sociology, Communication, Public Relations, Human Resources,
At least 4-6 relevant experience in a reputable organization.
Have an understanding of Micro and macro political/economic issues and the role of corporate partnerships/relationship to achieve high level outputs.
Very good stakeholder management skills.
Excellent People Skills
Crisis Management expertise
