Creative Director, Design | Apple- Dubai, UAE

Job Details:
As the Creative Director of Design for UAE, you’ll be primarily responsible for ensuring the flawless development, adaptation, and execution of world-class communications. You’ll do this in collaboration with the Creative Director of Writing, as a partner, and you’ll be jointly responsible for ensuring the brand’s standards are upheld and that Apple’s tone of voice is consistent with the global standard.
Education Details
Bachelors degree.
Key Qualifications
You’ll have extensive experience of creating marketing communications in UAE and across the region, and understand the impact of cultural differences on our work.
Your experience will come from working in a design company, advertising agency, or in-house creative team.
You’ll have detailed knowledge of the challenges inherent in creating bilingual and multi-directional communications.
You’ll have demonstrated strong leadership ability in previous roles, and know how to build teams and processes that deliver the highest-quality creative work.
You’ll be comfortable working at both a strategic and executional level and, importantly, you’ll have a deep understanding of the processes involved in producing the work.
You’ll have a broad background in design and art direction that spans digital, retail, and video work. You can confidently creatively direct all these different types of workflows.
You’ll oversee the adaptation of TV, print, outdoor, and digital advertising created by our agency, and help steer them in all the decisions they make on our behalf, including giving feedback on casting, script development and final executions.
You’ll be expected to travel two or three times a year (sometimes for a couple of weeks at a time) to California to work with the worldwide team.
BA-level qualification in design-related discipline is critical.
Written and spoken Arabic and English is required...
