Job Details:
This role will use data analysis to develop models and reports to provide insight into the Small & Medium Business customer base in EMEA, identify opportunities, and impact the strategy of our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. Ideal candidates love breaking down problems, building solutions, delivering actionable and data-driven insights, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
*.Use data analysis and reporting to partner with teams across the SMB EMEA (Account Management, Client Services, Outreach and Marketing) to drive business strategy and operations by formulating and testing hypotheses
*.Partner with teams to help them achieve revenue, solution adoption and operational goals while ensuring we drive success for SMB's across EMEA
*.Produce analyses to aid in understanding customer behavior, develop POVs, and drive decision-making
*.Take advantage of massive amounts of structured data to understand how to improve our business success and our teams’ efficiency
*.Be a thought leader and go-to expert on data resources and tools
Requirements
*.4+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, finance, engineering, or analytics
*.BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field
*.Experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.) is required
*.Experience with statistical analysis. Stat packages such as R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata, etc. preferred
*.Experience with Small & Medium Business landscape and/or online marketing and advertising a plus
*.Exceptional communication skills...
