Health Benefits Specialist | IBM- Cairo, Egypt

Job Details:
The person in this role will be responsible for Delivering Benefits for South Africa & Zambia Hub (Malawi/Madagascar/Zambia/Seychelles) for the MEA Benefits Leader for the region.
An employee in this job role has the responsibility for the operational aspects of one or more IBM employee benefits programs for a particular geographical area. They have primary responsibility for activities such as executing Benefit programs, implementing design changes, resolving individual employee questions or issues, managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. This job role requires frequent teaming with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, employee communications, and financial reporting related to benefits programs.
Incumbent in this role will also carry limited responsibility in regard to design items pertaining to benefits area. They will act as Project Managers in team or building the business cases required for reviewing current programs or setting up new ones and will partner in this regard with various other C&B Design colleagues from the regional or global team.
