Job Details:
Duties
• Review incoming proposal and contract information, complete data entry and coordinate communication with team members to ensure the proper facilities, information technology, and personnel security requirements are addressed and captured in relevant data storage systems
• Monitor and contribute to the development of contract security related policies and procedures
• Provide support to SharePoint administration, including site access & security, site and page updates, list maintenance, and end-user training
• Research, identify, test and develop solutions that enhance FedSec products and services
• Build working relationships within FedSec and with other Deloitte entities to ensure information products meet business needs
• Foster collaboration among subject matter experts and interested parties for information management solutions
• Provide development and support for other team members for cross-functional activities to include communications events and products
• Provide general data entry and analytics to meet organizational needs using Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint
• Build formatted reports to meet reporting requirements
Position-Specific/Required Skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Access, Excel, and SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field
• Ability to build formatted reports for various reporting requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills/acumen
• Proactive contributor and creative thinker who is willing to contribute ideas and operates well in a rapid-response environment
• Discrete, with ability to handle and protect highly sensitive personnel/security data
• Must be able to work both independently and in close collaboration/interaction with other team members
• Extremely flexible - able to constantly prioritize/reassess multifunctional position
Position-Specific/Desired Skills
• Experience developing/deploying SharePoint 2010 web parts and web services
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience analyzing or managing accounting, financial or transactional data
• Knowledge and familiarity of Access Commander is a plus
• Personnel security experience is a plus
• Experience in professional services firm
