The Role:
Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, this position is responsible for the support of enterprise systems and availability of the business applications. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the design and delivery of new innovative tools and systems to support business process efficiency and improvement.
The IT Application Support Analyst will have a good technical knowledge and an understanding of operating systems, servers and applications software. You will be responsible for providing support to business users, investigating data discrepancies and diagnosing application errors.
Essential Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in an IT applications support role
Strong communication skills and the ability to speak to all levels of seniority
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to translate technical language into business context
