Job Description:
Commercial Execution
1. Responsible and accountable for specific accounts P&L by delivering top line sales and profitability objectives & flawless execution of activation programs to drive commercial success and competitor advantage within the specific accounts
2. Responsible for developing Joint Business Plans with specific accounts to deliver sustainable and profitable growth and sales target achievement
3. Responsible for working with customers to deliver KPIs of both numeric and weighted distribution plus share of shelf / sku / across categories
4. Responsible for executing relevant promotional plans (working with Brand Activation and Trade Marketing) in store, and ensuring post promotional analysis takes place to measure effectiveness – including responsible for delivering against G2N targets
5. Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal & external customers so as to achieve commercial objectives
6. Responsible for stock forecasting for specific accounts
Category & Brands
1. Execution of activation plans in specific accounts across applicable categories
2. Responsible for sharing local insights and competitor activities with the commercial organization so as to adapt own activation programs so as to build competitor advantage
Supply Chain & Cost Control
1.Responsible for Forecast Accuracy in specific accounts
2. Drive Service Level with key retailers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Miminum 5 years experience in FMCG and consumer healthcare.
- Trade knowledge is required to accelerate learning curve.
- Relevant skills, e.g. key account management, data analysis are needed to perform daily functions of the role.
- Able to detect and recognize issues and be able to provide alternative ways/solutions to resolve potential problems.
- Able to analyze and give assessment of situations esp. in times of negotiation with external customers.
- A level of empowerment is given hence good judgement needs to be exercised when faced with objections during negotiation.
- Strong problem solving skills require to handle a diverse set of customers in a highly competitive environment and across different functions.
- Good interpersonal skills for building relationships with external and internal customers.
- Clear communication required to ensure business objectives are met and adequate support is given from internal customers of different functions.
- Building of rapport with external customers at different levels, from top to bottom
