Job Details:
The Project Administrative/Office Manager will be responsible for all the project’s administrative and office responsibilities (e.g. payroll, taxes, medical scheme and vacation, ...etc).
Qualifications
*.A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
*.Ability to work with a multinational team in an international environment
*.Strong organization and communication skills.
*.Experience using SAP will be an added advantage
*.Strong computer skills, mainly in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*.Prior experience/knowledge in Siemens guidelines will be an added advantage.
*.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
*.Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
*.Administration of project payrolls for Siemens and third party employees
*.Handling taxes for temporary and third party employees
*.Administration of medical scheme for project
*.Maintain employees salary records
*.Participate in implementation of & follow up of head office guideline.
*.Liaise with head office with regards to payroll
*.Administration of employees insurance scheme
*.Participation in all administrative activities in the human resources area
*.Administration of vacation entitlements...
