Details of the role:
Manages Quality Agenda at plant to ensure full deployment of continuous improvement initiatives, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Is a custodian of knowledge within their respective category.
Continuous Improvement
Deployment of Quality Pillar at the plant
Trending and categorization of losses
Benchmark and share learnings from other sites
Participates in other relevant pillars at plant
Participates in relevant RVS/GVS as per respective category
Quality Management system, including
Ensures compliance to Unilever and all external quality standards
Ensures compliance to category GMPs standards
Customer & consumer focus
Responsible for factory CRQS and full compliance
Address gaps identified during shelf CRQS audits
Drives complaints & corrective action
Responsible for overall plant quality
Change Management
Involved in all quality innovation projects with all relevant stake holders
Has input during design management stages of EEM
Owns quality culture journey and relevant campaigns
Incident Management
Participates in all recalls, consumer safety & serious incidents investigations
Manages internal quality incidents
Process Capability
Drives quality process capability surveys using available statistical tools
Communicate gaps and work with relevant stake holders to address capability constraints
Support Production with problem solving and QA Advice

Skills & Learning Of Factory Teams
Training needs analysis identified and addressed for factory teams
Refresher training scheduled and conducted
Drive Beauty Culture Journey
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT:
Biotechnology/Food Technology/Analytical Chemistry/Quality or any other relevant qualification
2 to 3 years experience in factory hygiene and quality management field
