Job Details:
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain the detailed integration schedule, project risk register and scope document.
• Facilitate workshops where necessary to facilitate cross-functional alignment and produce necessary information.
• Seek out activity and milestone input for the detailed integration schedule in a collaborative manner, taking into consideration that detailed functional activities are owned and executed by the individual functional work streams (“categories”). The Project Integration Planner needs to be close enough to functional details to understand and map out critical interfaces and dependencies.
• Clearly identify critical interfaces and dependencies in the detailed integration schedule, and keep relevant stakeholders informed about upcoming milestone deadlines.
• Proactively monitor project execution progress.
• Assist the Head of Project Integration with:
• Enabling each functional work stream (“category”) to understand it’s place and importance in relation to the overall project.
• Creating interaction and alignment amongst the functional work streams (“categories”).
• Organizing regular execution reviews.
• Capturing ‘lessons learned’ for project close-out.
• Change control for Baseline Plan documents (milestone schedule, scope document, risk register).
• Maintaining the internal project work mode (weekly management meetings, monthly workshops, individual category progress meetings, category alignment meetings).
• Maintain regular high level reporting.
• Prepare various presentations and information needs key to external stakeholders.

• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in project planning and monitoring project execution progress in large complex multi-year projects is preferred.
• Experience with facilitating workshops with multiple cross-functional stakeholders is preferred.
• Highly skilled in the Microsoft office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiar with applying project management software (MS Project and/or PMWeb).
• Project management certification of a renowned project management institute is a plus.
