Job Details:
·To provide high-level expert technical design for solutions based on Schneider Electric solar products and solutions to address customer’s needs on their applications.
·To continuously understand markets trends of the region, supporting engineering and regulatory departments to make sure our products cover all local requirements.
·To support customer on any external devices related to the application other than our products, to ensure proper integration
·To understand and stay updated on any new developments of the products in terms of technical specifications, firmware, and functionality
Technical Service & Support
·To provide high-level expert technical support on products and solutions that address specific customer problem and needs. Follow-up and ensure a professional outcome.
·To actively engage with the global support houses to get product support issues quickly and effectively resolved.
·To continuously improve own knowledge and skills to provide expert level support and training to sales and marketing, including the provision of specialised promotions, in order to allow these teams to secure business in terms of the annual sales budget.
·To coach, train, and guide installers, customers and engineers to ensure their development is maximised through the required provision of support and suitable training and development activities.
Knowledge Preservation
·To research and keep abreast of developments and best practices related to Schneider Electric and other products in order to allow the required level of technical support and generation of solutions to customers.
·To identify, develop, maintain and disseminate technical knowledge at the different levels required by the business to ensure that Schneider Electric products and services are properly supported.
·To provide product support by assisting with technical queries and providing training where required
Field Service
·To ensure that at all times you are familiar and comply with all relevant site and safety regulations.
·To service, support and repair equipment and/or software that forms part of the Schneider Electric offer.
·To action site interventions from Schneider Electric Global.
·To assist in various aspects of work allocation.
·To assist with work in progress in office in achieving target.
·To act as an interface between customers and Schneider Electric in the provision of any services he may be called upon to render.
·To project a professional image in all dealings with customers including different Schneider Electric departments.

·A thorough understanding of electrical concepts, including Direct Current up to 1000VDC, and Alternating Current both LV and MV, single and three phase.
·Understanding of Electrical DC Storage methods (eg. Batteries, UPS)
·Knowledge or previous work with DC and AC protection devices from Schneider Electric and/or other manufacturers..
