Your challenge
Responsible for sales and promotional activities of assigned area and meeting the key financial and non-financial parameters set by the organization for Consumer Lifestyle domestic appliances.
Manage, direct and motivate a team of Key Account Managers to achieve in order to achieve the predefined sales volume and profit goals.
Your responsibilities
*.To grow sales in assigned area (DAP)
*.Maintain and track expenditure to ensure that SPR are within allocated targets
*.Ensure overall profitability of customers ( IGM) is in line with company objective
*.Liaise with marketing to secure and ensure promotion activities are inline to achieve sales targets
*.Develops and drives credibility and long term relationship with the customers, to fulfill long-term sales objectives
*.Ensure that the sales team regularly maintain sales and strategic information in SFDC
*.Leads, directs and motivates the sales team to achieve the predefined sales and profit goals.
We are looking for
*.Tertiary education or higher with 5-7 years of experience
*.Familiar with B2C environment and preferably Consumer Electronics industry
*.Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
*.Proven leadership, along with strong written & oral communication skills
*.Strong analytical skills with the ability to be detailed yet strategic
*.People management experience is a strong advantage and ability to build strategic partnerships with customers across all levels/functions primarily at HQ level...
