Job Details:
Support sales organization through customer, operational and business support. Key responsible is to interface between sales and other operational functions developing sales processes and procedures relating to online/offline order administration, order fulfillment and communication.
Key Result Area /Accountability
· Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support.
· Manages order fulfillment.
· Managing customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve.
· Liaises between the customer/partner and sales organization.
· Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.
· Drives sales operations process improvements.
· Serves as interface for order status and handles order escalation and SKU management.
· Contributes to Dell business and functional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· Serves as a technical authority within the organization and with customers.
· Develops innovative solutions, systems and products to support Dell objectives.
· Builds external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends
· Manages key strategic initiatives and business sales operations improvement projects.
· Interacts with major customers, generally involving controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading other leaders.
· Project management methodology utilization
· Prerequisite Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related professional qualification
· Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Indonesia Sales Operations or Consumer Retails related job scope preferably in an MNC and from IT industry.
· Possess strong sales operations, analytical skills and retail business acumen.
· Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and with management teams.
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in uncertain situations.
