Key accountabilities for the role include:
*.Work closely with the head of consumer engagement to drive best in class digital/social media planning and execution across the entire food and beverage portfolio.
*.Design the role and implementation of digital/social media platforms tailor made by brand and relevant to specific target consumers.
*.Set the digital & content marketing strategy by brand across all digital platforms including identifying content partners to cater to all PepsiCo brands.
*.Partner across the marketing organization (brand management, consumer insights, long term innovation, sports marketing, etc.) to ensure we are building digital strategies that are grounded in the needs of the business and understanding of the consumer.
*.Drive innovation in digital planning and execution to unlock new partnerships and ideas.
*.Design guardrails for PepsiCo’s approach to programmatic as well as the entire set of digital KPIs per brand.
Qualifications/RequirementsSkills, Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
*.Full and autonomous capability to develop an annual operating digital and content marketing strategy for a portfolio of FMCG brands.
*.Expert on MENA digital consumer landscape and performing digital consumer engagement platforms.
*.Technical expert in multi digital touchpoint planning and optimization. Big emphasis on programmatic and social media KPIs/analytics.
*.Expert in setting up and implementing a productive structure for processes and periodic analytics reports to keep Sr management up to date on digital media performance.
*.Expert in automation and dashboard tools for social media reporting.
*.Expert in designing “always on” social media strategies with emphasis on content marketing and evaluating the right content partners and talent for digital content development....
