Description
You will manage the implementation of an in-house middleware or gateway that supports industry standard XML-based messaging (i.e. IATA's 'New Distribution Capability') to enhance merchandising flexibility. The job responsibilities include:
(ii) Work with internal Business Units (BUs) on the RFP vendor selection and to secure internal Management approval.
(ii) Work with internal BUs and successful vendor to realise the Business Requirements (BR) within the RFP.
(iii) Work with ITD on technical implementation, establish relevant supporting internal processes and procedures and liaise with impacted BUs.
(iv) Reach out to 3rd parties such as travel agencies (TAs) on collaboration initiatives.
Required Skills
You should have a good university degree with basic knowledge of airline business and experience in IT project management and implementation. Familiarity with XML programming would be advantageous
