Job Details:
The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for Leading, defining, activating and monitoring the Online Marketing Strategy for the local Personal Health within the context of the broader local business and marketing strategy, as well as enduring a best in class online experience for the Personal Health consumer.
Key responsibilities
· Leads the local Personal Health online marketing strategy by defining the sector approach toward the various digital channels as well as leading the activations related to these channels.
· Leads the requirements definitions and execution of the Personal Health local digital campaigns and responsible for the review and sign off for the campaigns’ structure, assets, and digital Media Plans.
· Leads the Personal Health local Social Media Strategy incl. defining the social approach, content strategy, listening strategy, community management, social advertising and apps.
· Leads the Personal health local Search Engine Marketing Strategy (Paid and Organic) incl. defining the approach as well as leading and managing the different SEM activities.
· Leads the Personal Health local CRM strategy incl. defining the approach as well as leading and managing the different CRM activities.
· Leads the Personal Health local strategy for integrating e-commerce with the various digital channels as well as supporting the Online KAM in the execution of the local E-Commerce strategy.
· Leads the selection and management of the Personal Health Digital Agencies and coordinating the selection with the sector Marketing lead, local PGP and local CIM. And supports and monitors the digital agencies performance and KPIs delivery.
· Drives the effectiveness of the digital budget against relevant KPI’s (Website visits, Impressions, CPC, CTR, Conversions, Social Fan Base & Interaction) and provides timely guidance and instructions to the relevant teams/agencies for improvement.
· Drives the localization of the philips.com website for the key markets in coordination with the local CIM and the relevant teams.
· Assures the Philips Personal Health local website remains fresh and relevant as well as manages and coordinates the website updates activities through the right local and central teams.
· Analyses the different online metrics and KPIs in association with the various digital channels and creates intelligent reports and dashboard.
· Maintains the knowledge for the various Philips Digital Guidelines and mandates and assures the local awareness and full abidance all the time.
· Acts as the local Personal Health voice in sharing the local digital activations and best practices with the other markets & keeps the local Personal Health at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Your profile
· Min. 4 years of Marketing/Online experience/Digital Marketing experience
· University, MBA, MSC level with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction
· Previous experience in a similar role incl. leading and managing the different digital marketing activities/projects incl. Website Development, Online Ads and campaigns, Search, Email, Social, Mobile, Website etc – and specific experience on the backend management...
