Job Details:
As a PMO Analyst, you will provide project control and support services across a range of projects supporting the PMO Delivery Manager and liaising with the Project or Programme Manager/s to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case are realised.
In this role, you will support the programme, project or workstream plan, tracking progress of deliverables, supporting milestones, tasks and activities, and ensuring the plans are kept up to date, whilst understanding the project critical path and how movement in deliverables impacts this, as well as producing MI to evidence this.
To succeed in this role you will need to be an experienced PMO Analyst having worked in an equally complex environment, having proven experience in:
- Programme/Project Set Up, Closure, and Governance, including supporting the production of the business case, Project Management Report, Stage Gate documentation, and the Post Implementation Review, as well as the production and collation of status reports and relevant management information.
- Monitoring and Control, including using established project methodologies to control, log, manage and monitor project timescales, resources, and costs, as well as a number of other project measures.
- Planning, including consolidating plans produced across a programme or project, as well as identifying planning issues and undertaking QA to confirm to resolve these.
- Efficient in providing status reports and management MI with meticulous attention to detail.
The role can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. If you are based in Glasgow, there will be a requirement to work from the Edinburgh office 1 to 2 days a week...
