The Senior Marketing manager is responsible for contributing to the development of the Technology Group by defining, implementing and following up the annual on- and off-line worldwide marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
In relation with product management and the sales team defines the annual operational on- and off-line marketing and communication plan to increase the Technology Group solutions (services, licensed software, products) awareness & comprehension internally and externally and to support their commercialization:
*.Creates and implements an innovative content marketing approach: draft of value propositions and key messaging, launch of thought leadership actions to help position Technicolor as a thought leader in all advanced video technologies, whitepapers, webinars…
*.Develop innovative sales enablement tools to improve and drive customer engagement. This includes: communication doc templates, website, articles in newsletters (internal/external), datasheets (technical writing), brochures, videos, infographics…
*.Supports product management in launching new solutions (services, licensed software, products) by developing tools and processes that help automate the marketing processes and tasks: launch kits, roadmaps releases, commercial pitches…
*.Supports product management and sales team for customer events & trade shows: define Technology Group presence and how it integrates into the overarching Technicolor story, demo scenario & set-up and organization incl. messaging, collaterals and logistics.
*.Contributes to marketing efficiency by looking for best practices across the industry and collaborating across businesses to share and cross pollinate best practice.
Qualifications / Qualifications:
*.Strong expertise in BtoBtoC marketing strategy and execution in cutting edge technology environments with proven business outcomes (ability to understand complex technologies and translate into clear and simple customer benefits
*.Demonstrated both strategic and operational competencies: accountability for results, client focus, ability to efficiently work across functions (corporate marketing, R&D, product as well as sales teams) and regions (mainly North America and Europe)
*.Excellent written communication skills (content creation)
*.Strong ability to translate technical specifications into marketing deliverables
*.Excellent oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
*.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be deadline driven – all under tight deadlines
*.Demonstrated ability to be creative and highly adaptive to a highly dynamic business
*.Team player
*.Combination of Consumer Electronics industry and media/entertainment background required
*.Highly technical background in the area of consumer electronics is required. Ideal candidate must have the ability to grasp new audio/video technology with little to no ramp up, i.e., virtual reality, 3d audio, 4k HDR, ioT, cloud-based solutions, etc.
