Job Objectives
Very good understanding of contracts and contracting processes within the Retail rental and leasing.
Excellent contract drafting agreements.
Good contract negotiation skills in a customer facing environment
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced organization
Comfortable under pressure in an environment of high demand for legal services
Good relationship management and inter personal skills
Working with supply chain management team to conclude commercially sound supply agreements
Provide commercially relevant legal advisory and legal support services to internal users
REQUIREMENTS
Job Knowledge
Property Lease negotiations and agreements
FTTB & FTTH product knowledge and understanding
Negotiating
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Matric/Grade 12 and a 3 year Law Degree *essential*
Admitted as Attorney in South Africa
Minimum 5 yr experience as a legal adviser in a Corporate in the ICT sector or the Telecoms /IT department of a law fir..
