Job Details:
In depth awareness of the concepts and application of Service Assurance, Mobile and Fixed Performance Management, Customer Experience Management, ITSM and OSS Tools as HP BSM (BSM,BPM, RUM, Diagnostics, UCMDB,OMi, Operations Orchestration and SiteScope,and NNMi), BMC /Remedy, Appdynamics , Dynatrace, predictive Analytics.
*.Installation, design, configuration, optimisation and administration of IT and network service management tools and related software and hardware like HP, BMC, Appdynamics and Dynatrace.
*.Responsible of Data quality governance, Correlation and optimization, business services, business processes and IT systems Modelling
*.Responsible of delivery of High level and Low level designs and documents for the proposed monitoring solution for different business services.
*.Act as subject matter expert for support teams, project team and integrator to ensure that monitoring requirements are understood, documented, and delivered to a high standard.
*.Drive direction and adoption of tool strategies and solutions across the IT development, infrastructure engineering, and IT operations organizations.
*.Drive the development of new capabilities for IT Operations through delivery of new tools or building integrations between existing systems.
*.Review data and deliverable quality for suppliers and technical tools engineering team.
*.Proactively search for and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by creating business processes or automating activities.
*.Drive proactively the development of automation standards and processes
*.Acts as the Main Point of contact between automation centre of excellence and the suppliers , and 3rd Parties for all technical activities against business agreed SLA’s
*.Professional, respectful and customer-focused, operating with integrity in all aspects of their duties.
*.Highly motivated, self-starter with a technical aptitude and a commitment to achieving results.
*.Drives improvements in day to day operations and engineering activities of the tools and automation team
*.Continuous improvement of operational & support procedures from suppliers

*.Information/knowledge transfer to team membersProduction of high quality processes and documentation for any activities undertaken as part of the role.
§ B.S Computer of Telecommunications Engineering or B.S Computer Science Required.
§ 5 Years’ experience in a similar role working with large scale monitoring platforms.
§ Strong Knowledge of HP BSM tools suite (UCMDB/Operations bridge/SiteScope / BPM / RUM / NNM / Diagnostics /Operations Orchestrator/ ArcSight) is a must
§ Knowledge and exposure to BMC Remedy, Attrium,Appdynamics, and Dynatrace
§ Experienced in monitoring solutions design , and Business services modelling, and data quality control
§ Technical knowledge of Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server computer operating systems
§ Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity and Performance Management ITIL disciplines.
§ Proven experience in system administration and web service test automation.
§ Technical knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar.
§ Solid understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies and a good grasp of Service Oriented Architecture concepts...
