Job Details:
We are looking for highly talented Waiters to work in our front of house teams. Ideally you’ll have previous waiter or hospitality experience but we can also provide full training. You’ll also understand that we operate a business that opens across the whole week and you will have the flexibility to work shifts that reflect this.
You’ll love the PizzaExpress brand and equally you’ll love interacting with customers. You’ll thrive on being busy and multi-tasking will come naturally to you – after all in one shift you could be serving tables ranging from large boisterous parties to romantic couples, entertaining the little Piccolos (what we call our young guests), making drinks and desserts, clearing tables, helping your team members with their sections and all with a friendly smile and a can do attitude!
You’ll also be motivated by hitting targets as our front of house teams are essential in contributing towards the sales figures of the restaurant.
Your role will be vital in ensuring customers receive a fantastic service, from the time they enter the restaurant to the time they have paid their bill. Your ability to use your initiative to stay one step ahead of the customer needs and your excellent communication skills will ensure you keep both the customers and the kitchen teams informed and happy. After all if the customer needs their meal in a hurry your interaction with the kitchen team can make this happen!
