Responsibilities/Job Role
*.Provide friendly and efficient customer support via email to our users across all supported mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile Web, Windows Phone) and web
*.Investigate reported abuse and take appropriate action
*.Troubleshoot user issues and escalate issues/feedback to your manager appropriately
Key skills and experience
*.A high level of written and spoken fluency in English
*.Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
*.Accurate spelling and grammar skills
*.Committed and able to work independently
*.An eye for detail
*.Tech savvy
*.Flexible schedule
*.Ability to work from home with a fast Internet connection
