Job Summary:
 The Enterprises Marketing Manager is drive the overall marketing strategy, planning and execution for the enterprise Business across Enterprises and SMB Corporate Accounts.
Provide overall business leadership to achieve the Enterprise Marketing priorities.
Also Is responsible for Develop effective audience marketing strategies overall marketing strategy, planning and execution for the Enterprise Business across Enterprises and SMB Corporate Accounts. Drives demand generation, revenue conversion and market share with customers.

KEY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for driving impactful customer-focused enterprise marketing strategy.
- Foster deep relationships that drive advocacy and velocity
- Drive demand and change perception at scale through qualified new pipeline for sales (across segments) and accelerating/optimizing existing opportunities leveraging standard content, engines and analytics.
- Drive thought leadership and advocacy with IT Decision Makers, Business Decision Makers and Industry.
- Provide customer insight and market intelligence.
- Prioritize and determine how to best localize messaging guidance
- Define the customer contact strategy as the IT Decision Makers, Business Decision Makers audience owner for Enterprise
- Manage the annual planning via the Segment Alignment Workshops process across the Operating Model .
- Deliberately and actively, contribute to accelerating the Microsoft journey to becoming a Devices and Services company.
- Build the best Enterprise Marketing team and organization.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- 3-5 years of related marketing management experience
- Deep knowledge and insight in the Enterprise Market.
- Track record of strategic organizational impact and influence
- Experience devising and executing marketing to meet the needs of partners and customers.
- Outstanding drive for results and delivering against accountabilities.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated cross-group collaboration abilities.
