Job Details:
Jr. Brand Manager Flavored Water is responsible to drive the Flavor Water business through consumer insights and market understanding; this position is responsible of supporting the brand growth and value development by supporting and ensuring brand plans implementation. Also leading & delivering key projects on time.

*.Manage flavored water extensions & Ciel Mini brands and all new flavored extensions in order to deliver the BP Brand Value & Brand Love objectives.
*.Lead the design development and execution of key brand projects. This includes:
- Lead & influence multifunctional team (IMC K&I Technical Finance Operations etc..) for key project.
- Manage the CIF innovation process on a full degree.
- Identify opportunities and convert them into business strategies for the Brand Umbrella.
- Close follow up on monthly sales results and SOM by region revenue stream and key consumer indicators.
- Experience with Financial management of value chains DME P&L etc
- IMC and Research Brief developments and co-creation with the team.
*.Effectively lead influence and actively collaborate with other functional areas to achieve brand objectives.
This position requires a high level of interaction with all assigned team members of key projects: Commercial Leadership & Strategy Knowledge & Insights Technical Finance IMC Strategic Planning etc.
