Key Responsibilities
*.Develop and deliver effective employee engagement campaigns and internal communications that support the business in driving key business, leadership and functional objectives to all internal audiences
*.Update, manage and maintain Unilever’s digital channels; leverage Unilever’s digital channels to inform and engage key stakeholders in a timely manner
*.Proactively and innovatively update internal audiences on developments impacting the business internally and externally
*.Organise and execute internal employee engagement and internal communications events
*.Gather updates, news from the functions and countries to create, write and share news and stories, via our communications and digital channels to audiences on a regular basis
*.Monitor, measure and evaluation the impact and relevance of Unilever’s internal engagement and communications activities
Qualifications and Experience
*.University degree from a recognized institution
*.2-3 years work experience
*.Excellent MS Office skills – strong Power Point skills are a plus
*.Excellent creative writing skills
*.Strong working knowledge of content management systems, social media, digital media tools
*.Experience in creative editing, editorial skills
*.Excellent verbal and presentation skills
*.
Experience in employee engagement and internal communications
*.Event planning and management experience
