Job Details:
The ideal candidate has an impressive portfolio of both mobile and desktop/browser applications. He/she is a problem solver who enjoys taking ideas from inception to delivery, and is confident when speaking about design and usability with a broad range of collaborators. In particular, he/she is comfortable working with distributed teams, and with the need for remote collaboration, clear communications, and occasional travel this entails.
Responsibilities:
*.Define and prototype user interfaces
*.Lead discovery/research and usability testing
*.Create and test prototypes to validate the user experience of the solution or feature(s).
*.Create high-fidelity visual designs in your tool(s) of choice (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
*.Develop and maintain supporting materials such as wireframes, flowcharts, storyboards, application maps, and style guides
Qualifications:
*.Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field
*.Experience in both web and mobile applications
*.Experience working on enterprise level business applications (SaaS desired)
*.Proficiency in interaction models and patterns, user flows, and visual design
*.Ability to explain design and rationale behind concepts
*.Experience adhering to and style and identity guidelines
*.Awareness of contemporary UX concepts (RWD, SPAs, etc)
*.Strong written and verbal communication skills..
