Overview:
Purpose of this position is to work together with internal customers from all business areas and ISD staff to define and deliver innovative solutions in the area of web content management systems (WCMS) & e-Mail applications for Kao Americas/EMEA based on sector, region, country or company strategies.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
*.Project Management for all projects with a focus on WCMS and/or e-Mail
*.Project Management Support in the area of WCMS and/or e-Mail for all Digital Marketing projects
*.Works with the infrastructure team to ensure all Digital Marketing applications are supported
*.Responsible for domain management of all brands
Web Content Management Systems (WCMS)
*.Responsible for the WCMS application platforms (Typo3, Adobe WEM, Sharepoint) and e-Mail platforms.
*.Manages the implementation of the strategic WCMS (Adobe) as part of overall projects (e.g. brand relaunches)
*.Supports the development of the WCMS harmonization (migration of the current different applications)
*.Responsible for the WCMS maintenance incl Release Management & Budget planning
*.Responsible for technical trainings (initial and ongoing) & Application support
*.Acts as ISD’s Single Point Of Contact for WCMS
E-Mail
*.Technical expert for the e-Mail Marketing applications (Inxmail, ExactTarget etc.)
*.Acts as consultant for a long-term e-Mail application strategy
*.Responsible for technical trainings (initial and ongoing) & support
Qualifications:
*.Several years of professional experience in an international business environment and the above mentioned
*.Several years of experience in working with enterprise web content management systems and e-Mail platforms
*.Several years of experience in managing small to medium-sized project (waterfall and/or agile methodology)
*.High affinity and enthusiasm for digital content and all relevant digital marketing channels
*.Practical knowledge of common content management systems (focus on Adobe Web Experience Manager & Typo3) as well as basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
*.Common understanding of technical (digital) infrastructure
*.Experienced in managing 3rd parties
*.Bachelor’s Degree or comparable
*.Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English..
