Job Details:
Summary
Coordinate between Sales, Design, Sub-Contractors, Construction and the clients to ensure successful installation of small Commercial projects. Communicate with clients, energy and field superintendents to install PV systems, from contract signing through design and installation to operation of the systems under the direction and guidance of the Project Manager and Associate Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities
*.Work closely with Field Superintendent of installation crews for scheduling, logistics and dispatch of projects to the field
*.Assist Project Managers and Associate Project Managers with administrative task associated with a project build
*.Report project status on a weekly basis to corresponding departments
*.Working with Project Management Department, prepare customer billing and field personnel timecards on a weekly basis
*.Coordinate travel and accommodations for field staff as needed
*.Meet with Design, Purchasing, and Scheduling Departments to gauge workflow, materials and resource planning
*.Reconcile Project Field Packets at project completion
*.Update project profiles using sales software and forecasting spreadsheets on a daily basis
*.Liaison between Sales and Design on status of installations
*.Professional Oral and Written Communication Skills
*.Reading and Proofreading Skills
*.Exceptional Customer Relation skills, including phone etiquette
*.Planning and Time Management skills
*.Computer Literacy with all office programs including excel
*.Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
*.Prior project coordination and/or general office experience required.
*.Prior photovoltaic experience a big plus
*.General construction knowledge a plus..
