JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities of a Shoppers Drug Mart Front Store Supervisor include:
- Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising;
- ensure all loss prevention programs are implemented to standard;
- ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all guidelines;
- ensures standards of housekeeping and image are maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school education;
- customer service oriented;
- computer literate;
- organized;
- independent thinking;
- problem solving skills.
WORK HOURS:
Flex schedule - some weekends and evenings
