Job Details:
TheSystems Administrator Iis responsible for managing a Windows based Software as a Service (SaaS) production environment in a fast-paced, growing enterprise. In this position, you will need knowledge in Windows Server builds and management of Windows domain services. A working knowledge of SQL, Cisco IOS and network devices will help you succeed in this role. Experience in implementing automated processes, developing standards and designing/managing stable infrastructure is highly desirable.
The Junior System Administrator will also be responsible for managing the Hyper-V hosts, management services software and backup infrastructure. IIS, certificate management and load balance hardware experience is preferred but not required. You will also coordinate support with other senior and principle administrators across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate must also be able to perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages, schedule installations/upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities include:
*.Monitoring and tuning the systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
*.Ensuring server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
*.Ensuring data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.
*.Managing backup data through internal methods and procedures and through offsite storage and retrieval services.
*.Developing and promoting standard operating procedures.
*.Conducting routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
*.Developing and maintaining a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation.
*.Performing as a System administrator in a dynamic, growing, and global environment.

Required Experience
*.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
*.Knowledge in managing Windows 2008/2012 environment.
*.Working with HyperV or VMware virtual servers.
*.Understanding SAN hardware and management.
*.Ability to manage the Active Directory and DNS domain services.
*.Experience with maintaining backup solutions.
*.Experience documenting solutions, processes, procedures and recovery plans.
*.Demonstrated ability to actively participate in change management processes and use of enterprise standard change control procedure.
Preferred experience:
*.2012 Cluster experience involving File, HyperV and SQL services
*.Working knowledge of Cisco IOS.
*.Working knowledge of 2008 SQL.
*.NetApp Storage experience.
*.Experience with scripting languages...
