Job Details:
As Adobe Solution Architect you create the blueprints for content management and digital marketing platforms that enable our clients to engage their customers in a digital age. You have hands on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and the Adobe Marketing Cloud, and can work with clients to define how AEM will fit into their enterprise architecture. You are comfortable leading technical development and delivery teams for AEM solutions and managing the technical client relationship.
This role requires Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the following technology capabilities:
*.Experience delivering/providing technology leadership and rolling out AEM & WCMS solution for at least 3-5 clients
*.Lead the approach/design/architecture of WEM solutions leveraging the Adobe AEM platform
*.Lead the development team for WEM solution projects on technical problem resolution, critical thinking around development approach, tradeoff resolution, code reviews/QA
*.Support the approach and delivery scope/effort estimation/team definition of future projects
*.Support mentoring/training of senior developer into AEM Application Architects (technical and consulting skills)
*.Support mentoring/training of Application Architects into AEM Solution Architects (technical and consulting skills)
*.Support practice in researching other WEM technologies and WCMS platforms to support future growth and thought leadership with our clients
*.Ability to proactively identify and manage delivery risks associated with short strategy engagements or longer term programs
*.Solid consulting experience with ideal work experience with a Tier 1 consulting organization
*.Strong self-management skills (i.e. is able to focus on the task at hand, manage his/her timing and circle back quickly if he is blocked).
*.Strong communication and writing skills (i.e. is able to attend client meetings and speak with clarity, is able to write requirements in clear business terms, etc.)
*.Strong process management skills (I.e. Is able to operate under a strict process and identify gaps in process and suggest opportunities to bridge gaps).
*.Has a can do attitude and willing to learn.
This role also involves the following:
*.People Management: Mentors junior consultants, engagement managers and other more junior delivery consultants on the proposal and/or delivery teams as appropriate.
*.Competency: Recognized as an expert in their competency and/or specific offerings.
*.iX Community: Participates in and/or is responsible for the creation, harvesting, protection and reuse of IBM's intellectual capital. Participates actively in and in some cases leads knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, forums, conferences and/or other knowledge exchanges.
*.Ability to accommodate extensive travel at times (50% - 60% or more)
*.Teamplayer, client-facing, results-oriented, strong communicator, can-do attitude and comfortable working in a highly flexible, agile and collaborative environment
