Job Details:
Key responsibilities include:
Providing Business & Finance support to Sales organization to drive Sales productivity improvement & drive for cost efficiency
Providing business & finance support to Sales organization on forecast & budget
Act as subject matter expert to analyze order to revenue conversion
Act as subject matter expert in region to provide guidance to countries & focus point to work with WW on revenue related issue.
Ensure integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls and recommending efficiency & effectiveness improvements
Providing financial advices to business team when there is emerging / new accounting guidance.
Participate in forecast & budget exercise
On an ad-hoc basis, may also get involved on project work.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent professional qualification e.g. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
More than 7 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
Understanding of US GAAP & cross countries tax rules.
Self-motivated with great initiative and highly independent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to build partnerships across functions
Hands-on experience in MS Office, Compass and other productivity or pricing tools
Hands-on experience in SAP, MS Office, Compass and other productivity or pricing tools
Ability to cope with pressure..
