Job Details:
*.Responsible for all commercial standard reports (SAP ERP Reporting, Perfect Execution, Fleet Management, Commercial Equipment and GPS).
*.Introduce efficiencies and improve standard reporting whenever possible.
*.Submit all Global CIL Commercial Reports (Heineken Central Reporting System).
*.Generate basic ad-hoc (on request) reporting for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, & Finance.
*.Responsible for data gathering across all regions by working closely with Sales Coordinators.
*.Assist Sales management in developing & communicating the monthly sales team targets & KPIs.
*.Responsible for Salesman Commission Calculation process for the entire sales team to be included in the company’s payroll & get paid accordingly.
*.Analyze Sales Team performance records to interpret overall sales results & shed light on under-productive teams and members.
*.Assist and challenge Sales Management in developing the customer’s commission structure & weights in regions, channels & SKUs.
*.Responsible for Customers Commission Calculation process Prepare, revise, submit & communicate the Customers & Wholesalers Commission (approx. 36.5 Million EGP \ Year) to be paid out accordingly.
*.Analyze Customers & Wholesalers performance records to interpret overall sales results & shed light on account profitability.
*.Manage the Commercial Contracts database for Warehouse Rentals, Customer Targets, Fridges and Draught Beer Systems.
*.Tracking & follow up on warehouse breakages & out of stock
Education, Certifications and Licenses:
*.Business Graduate
*.ICDL \ (Excel & Word)
Knowledge and Experience:
*.2-3 Years min experience doing the same or similar in FMCG Organizations
*.Basic Knowledge of Business Intelligence Reporting
*.Basic Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft CRM Systems..
