Job Details:
· Accountable for liaising with the Business stakeholders and customers to determine their Business/System needs and requirements and convert these requirements into processes & systems designs that can then be taken up by the technical solution designers and engineering team.
*.Awareness of the concepts of Business services and applications analysis, application of Service Assurance, Performance Management, Customer Experience Management, ITSM and OSS Tools as HP BSM (BPM, RUM, OMi, Operations Orchestration and SiteScope), BMC /Remedy, Appdynamics , Dynatrace, predictive Analytics.
*.Analyse, assess and document the local markets’ and partners’ tools, processes, Operation capabilities and Organization.
*.Conduct a detail assessment of business services, related local markets applications and topology information
*.Gather the Business services and application owners requirements and align local market’s onboarding with overall program timeline
*.Assess and Validate monitoring and improvement requests received by demand management and develop the necessary strategies that will be implemented in the Implementation process.
*.Use Case modelling , Business services and Business Processes Modelling
*.Deliver target business service & application architecture overview and Monitoring configurations manual per business service.
*.Proactively search for and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency for local markets ‘ Business services
*.Drive proactively the development of automation standards and processes
*.Ensures compliance with organisational and industry standards
*.Production of high quality processes and documentation for any activities undertaken as part of the role.
*.Professional, respectful and customer-focused, operating with integrity in all aspects of their duties.Highly motivated, self-starter with broad technical knowledge and a commitment to achieving results.
§ B.S Computer or Telecommunications Engineering, or B.S Computer Science Required.
§ 3 Years’ experience in a similar role working with large scale platforms.
§ Knowledge of HP BSM tools suite (Operations bridge/SiteScope / BPM / RUM / NNM / Diagnostics / ArcSight)
§ Knowledge of BMC Remedy, Appdynamics, and Dynatrace
§ Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity and Performance Management ITIL disciplines. ( ITIL or equivalent certification required)
§ Knowledge of Vodafone business processes and systems is an advantage
*.Understanding of systems engineering concepts
*.Experience with producing business cases, Use Case modelling or Business Process Modelling experience
§ Knowledge of OSS/BSS architectures a plus & Telecommunications experience preferred
§ Project management experience
*.Experience with Modeling techniques and methods
*.Demonstrated ability to evaluate system efficacy, develop system performance metrics, and drive continual process improvement of systems.
*.The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
§ Solid communication Skills, Oral and Written.
Proven team building and leadership skills
§ Ability to self-motivate without direct supervision.
Strong Project management skills.
§ Ability to grasp new technology quickly...
